Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and a passion for helping people. Automotive knowledge is an asset, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional, positive attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk/workflow
- Clearly communicate service recommendations and timelines to customers
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely updates on vehicle status
- Handle invoicing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Go above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a smile
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- A team player who takes initiative and shows pride in their work
- Basic computer skills (experience with shop management software is a bonus)
